The Programme

Welcome to the Young Adult Trust...

working with and through the youth sector

The Young Adult Trust (YAT) is an independent charity to support young people in transition to adulthood. YAT is for all young people in Britain (ages 16 - 18).

Why YAT?

YAT is your personal development programme as you think about becoming an adult. Who are you, where do you want to go, what to you want to be and why? YAT supports you to make better decisions and live your life to the full extent of your abilities. It looks at attitudes and behaviours and how you relate to people in your world and others outside your comfort zone. We want to help build confidence and fight off peer pressure and make good choices.
